Software.org is seeking a Deputy Director, to lead new initiatives and elevate the foundation’s goals, positioning and reputation, particularly on jobs and workforce issues. The Deputy Director will be responsible for the development and articulation of an agenda on key workforce issues for Software.org supporters, with an emphasis on addressing the impact of new technologies on careers across the economy.  The incumbent will also manage projects related to efforts to expand technology education and training and to increase the diversity of the tech workforce.
